Why do you need DeBa Service?
Your online shop gets a massive amount of orders? You conduct the distribution of a small or medium-sized enterprise? And you would preferably hand over the shipping of your products and the billing to a reliable and competent partner? Having your own logistics department causes high expenses for staff and premises. Through our offers you save money and time!
What services can you expect from us?
We will take care of storing and shipping your products. In context of our logistics service, DeBa Service also offers the complete logistics package.
First you ship your products to us. Our logistics staff will then receive and store your products in our state-of-the-art logistics centre. Regardless of the product’s size we will provide a clean, dry and, if necessary, light-excluded place for every product. Our logistics staff is well-informed about all things concerning professional stock keeping. On top of this we offer all possible solution approaches. They stretch from modular shelf spaces, through euro-pallets to heavy duty shelves. Particularly bulky products can directly be put into the heavy duty shelves via forklift.
What tasks do our logistics take care of?
You will receive the orders. Via mail, phone or CC in the orders we will get the order. Our staff will confirm the order to the customer via mail as well. They will package the ordered product and issue the shipping documents. Then the order will be shipped to the customer shortly after. Once the product is handed over to the shipping service the customer receives a notice. Using this notice the customer will be able to track his package and see the expected date of arrival. For the order confirmation, the delivery note and the invoice we will use the address you prefer. If necessary we will also attach a return note.
If a customer returns his product we will check the validity, whether the product is complete and possibly the complained faults of the product. The replacement delivery will be dispatched shortly after with your confirmation. We can talk about different practices if needed at any time.
What does the complete logistics package include?
If you choose the complete logistics package, we will take care of the whole process. This includes the entire billing process in addition to the standard of shipping and taking return packages. You only put your products on the internet. We will take the orders and coordinate the in-payment. Once the customer paid we will ship the ordered product to them. You may also agree to payment on account. Our staff will fit the billing process to your ideas. If you want us to we will also take care of issuing order confirmations, delivery documents, invoices and credit notes. At the end of the month we will issue an invoice to you for our services. At the same time we will send you a credit note of the amount of money you made excluding the cost of our services.
